GIC Group was founded in January 2014 by Mr Eddie Song who has 20 years of professional experience in real estate industry. GIC Properties KL's Branch is start operating in year 2018

We specialize in research,invest and marketing all types of new projects and sub-sale properties in Malaysia and also overseas especially in Tourism Projects.We create platforms for developers and investors to meet and to transact.Gathering bulk purchase power via investors and developers in term to sell out the units in more efficient ways.10 projects have been successfully dealt under our platform and we are looking forward for more to come.We also provide Tourism Properties and Hotel Management Services to property developers and investors.Currently we are managing 4 projects in Penang and KL. Leasing request is taken care by us and clients get to enjoy more stable rental returns.
